ATTENTION! The end gap between the journal flange and the vertical, lateral plane of the mounting hole for the beam bearing indicates wear of the hole surfaces and a critical change in its internal size. From the experience of assembling and operating half-shafts, installation technicians do not pay attention to this and tighten the journal mounting bolts with force, pressing them to the beam. As a result, the flanges begin to take on impact and dynamic loads, and not the cylindrical surface of the journal, which leads to their breakage. This case is not covered by the warranty, since the design of the half-shaft is based on precise factory dimensions and tolerances.
- Due to the fact that cars in which reinforced half-shafts are installed are operated in difficult road conditions and off-road, in sports disciplines, off-road, it is recommended to carry out work to strengthen the rear axle beam and protect the rear gearbox housing!!!
- If your rear axle is not reinforced and there is no gearbox protection, after operation in areas where damage (bending) of the rear axle beam is possible, in case of serious impacts with the rear wheels, do not be lazy to inspect the rear beam for damage! (bends, cracks, noticeable hum of the rear gearbox, etc.)
- If bends, cracks in the beam, increased hum in the rear axle gearbox are detected, it is necessary to exclude further operation of the car until the cause of the malfunction is eliminated.
(If you need to get to the service center in a car that has found itself in such a situation, it is recommended to disconnect the rear axle - remove the cardan and half-shafts.)

ATTENTION: The sealing ring 72x62x7(13) (from the oil filter for VAZ cars) is not included in the delivery set! You can use rings from a used oil filter.
