This crown and pinion is a unique sports edition product.
We received instructions from the manufacturer on how it should be assembled.
To install it, you will have to machine your stock differential on 2mm. Please look at the drawings on the photo.
Stock size are 33mm (bottom part of the photo), you need to receive 31mm (upper part of the drawing) for the correct work.
Because this set is for sport, it is LOUDER than the standard crown and pinions and does have MORE BACKLASH when installed first.
Here are the steps for setting up the crown and pinion backlash size.
1) Set up a minimum backlash of 0.06-0.07 mm in this place.
2) Fix everything in this position.
3) The maximum backlash size is left as is
